Designer Pooja Kankariya is a name on the rise in the Indian Fashion Industry because of her understanding of the contemporary designs and the innovative use of traditional crafts has created a new classicism to enhance the feminine silhouette.

All her childhood being dolled-up in voguish styles by her mother, Pooja had developed interest in fashion very early on in life. Although coming from a society that looked down upon fashion as a career, she pursued degree in accounting only to discover that her passion lied within 'Fashion and Styling'. Without any further contemplation, Pooja saw herself working closely with a designer label exploring fabrics to fit, motifs to mannequins and cardinal details to clientele.

The urge for an Indian opulently bespoke label that could guarantee a perfect fit along with contemporary design aesthetics and uncompromising on the quality of the product led Pooja to start her legacy with the inception of her label 'Pooja Kankariya' in 2017. Since then there has been no turning back. Today, PK's pre-eminent clientele embody fashion stalwarts, content creators, industrialists and celebrities like Megha Akash, Lavanya Tripathi, Shamna Kasim, Payal Rajpurohit, Neha Bhasin, Sonal Chouhan, to name a few.
